The first thing I bought when I found out I was having a baby girl ( almost 3 years ago!! Eek!! ) was a pair or ruffle bottom tights. They are my absolute favourite!
So when I came across a card on Pinterest with a ruffle bottom I kicked myself for not thinking of it sooner. And them figured out how to easiest create the look.
I used PTI's onesie die and cut the top off.
Some ruffled ribbon- mine happened to be elastic, so I backed the piece with chipboard so it won't bend and bow.
Doilies, pink polka-dots and ruffled bottoms. That's what little girls are made of!
Stamping and Cardmaking with a little side of Scrapbooking.....Bon Appetit !!

Fabric card fronts
Amber at Damasklove made some awesome fabric stationery and I had to give it a try.
I laid down some fabric on a card front that had been covered in scor tape. Trimmed the fabric and ran some liquid glue around the outside. When dry, I had to cut it down as I used the green Tombow that dries tacky- whoops!!
So I re ran a but of regular glue around the edge. Used PTI's Stiched Sentiments and a sentiment from WMS fancy phrases
Some SU pleated ribbon that is not baby blue as shows up, but a beautiful dusty aqua seemed appropriate.
The nice thing about this technique is that the stamped parts sink into the adhesive a little more than the rest, giving it almost a letterpress texture! Beautiful!
Have a great weekend!

Wedding card
This card = labour of love !
Lots of punched branches, lots of glue and sticky fingers, lots of snipping with scissors and a whole lot of love.
Special wedding card for a special couple. Used some hoarded products ( silver edged notecards, blue shimmer cardstock ) and I lived! Imagine that!!

Plaid W's
Today's post is brought to you by the letter W - for Wplus9 and Waltzingmouse stamps.
I have a box of already stamped stuff that I need to go through and use. This plaid stamped panel was in there and made this card come together SO quickly.
Filled in the stars with a Spica. A little bit of shine can still be masculine right??
